Canola oil

This vegetable oil is an excellent alternative for commercial and industrial use, as its characteristics in the profile of fatty acids make Canola oil very neutral and low in saturated fats and good oxidative stability which enhances the taste of the foods prepared with it.

Its wide applications range from cooking oil bottling, mayonnaise, component in infant formulas, making margarine, specialized vegetable fats and dressings, to its use in fried foods with the objective to bring down saturated fats.
